Not so long ago –

Do not blame yourself for depths.

It is absolutely okay to feel weak.

Be aware of the contrast of your feelings

and the power of your thoughts.

Feeling bad causes weak thoughts which cause weak behavior and result in bad feelings, again.

It is a loop.

So stop making yourself feel bad.

Forgive yourself for having less energy at the moment and for needing some help.
